Have you ever wanted to have an independent source for outdoor gear reviews? Then this is for you. We will be review gear in a variety of categories. We are focusing on hiking, backpacking, children, outdoor clothing, paddling gear, overlanding, and dog gear (basically anything you could use on adventures in the great outdoors). Our philosophy is go out and use the gear and find the flaws, this will sometimes push the products to their breaking point. Unlike other testing which is done in a pure controlled environment, field testing equipment puts the gear in a real world scenario so we can see the good and the bad aspects of each piece of equipment.
